In line with the protective measures, rules and regulations slated by the Federal Government, Westhills High has set aside measures to help reduce the risk of the global pandemic among students and the staffs of the school. These measures include:
- Providing students and staffs with information about how to protect themselves.
- Providing best hand-washing and hand-sanitizing equipments and facilities for both the students and staffs of the school.
- Providing hygiene supplies such as face masks, face shields, hand sanitizers e.t.c for people within the school.
- Cleaning and disinfecting the school buildings, school equipments and school facilities.
- Public enlightenment on the importance and maintenance of social distancing.
- Increasing airflow and ventilation within the school premises.
- Monitoring student’s health and keeping them home from school if they are ill.
- Encouraging students to ask questions and express their concerns.
- Encourage students to cough and sneeze into a tissue and avoid touching their faces, eyes, mouths and noses.
